On the outset, we the people of “Inej Travel” are providing you the general terms and conditions which are solely based on the traveler’s ease. Especially in terms of cancellation we never think of overlooking the traveler’s sentiments. We know on an average, very few people cancel their trip on the terms of unforeseen circumstances and at that particular moment our ideology is to support you and minimize the losses. We assure you; we’ll definitely stand by you as a family and try our level best to reduce the cancellation or retention charges, provided it doesn’t come across under peak or blackout dates like festival dates, conference dates, event dates, etc.
To ensure the reservation in hotels/transportation/guide service/etc, we require minimum 20% as advance however, for flight bookings we need full amount in advance. Simultaneously, during peak dates deposit amount may vary which we can update you at that particular time and well in advance. The remaining amount or the balance amount will be settled prior 15 days of your arrival date.
Ø For Indian Residents: copy of valid Driving license, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Passport.
Ø For NRI: copy of passport or OCI/PIO card.
Ø For Non-Indian: Valid passport with Visa
Ø 60 days and more – 10% of the tour.
Ø 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour.
Ø 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 30% of the tour.
Ø 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour.
Ø 07 days and less – No Refund
Ø The refund will be initiated within 15 working days however, in case of any unusual delay in the process then will surely keep you updated on first priority. Transferrable bank charges shall be borne by the client only.
Ø Above booking policy and cancellation policy is not valid for any flight ticket, group tours, Jungle safaris, luxury train packages or any luxury holidays. However, we will share the separate policy which may vary hotel to hotel and ticket to ticket.
Ø Inej Travel is not responsible for any loss occurring due to an unfavorable climatic or natural conditions, pandemic, cancel or change in the flight and train schedule, people protest, missing luggage, roadblocks and from any other condition beyond our control. The company has no liability for any loss however; we strongly lift your hands and find out the best possible alternative as quickly as possible.
